    We booked a villa with a private pool, but it wasn't ready upon arrival due to rain, which we were informed of only after reaching the hotel. The alternative given was three connected rooms with a shared pool, far from what we had anticipated. The overall lack of communication and the disappointment of not getting the villa ruined our vacation plans.

    Room smells damp and musty. Poor quality towels and bed sheets. Very poor service and amenities. We took one bath towel to beach with us (which of course we'sd return after coming back from the beach). But they refused to give us fresh towel when they made up the room while we were gone. N

    The location is central, next to Patong beach, a concrete jungle, and many restaurants. It offers savoury and satisfactory breakfasts for fresh eggs. Staff is top-class and helpful and you can park your car on-site.

    The pool access villa was fantastic, especially for our toddler who loved the shallow area. The friendly staff made our family feel welcomed, and the location was conveniently close to the beach.

    We strongly recommend this hotel, spent here nice sunny 2 nights. The room itself was impeccable and impressive on the ground level. Location: the venue was near to certain areas, the Elephant sanctuary, and the beach, shops and restaurants. Booked table at Red Duck Restaurant, located within 10 minutes' walk.

    This is a Nice hotel to stay, if u wanna stay away front he hush hush of Phuket town, though next time around i prefer to stay in town as that is my personal preference, The Resort is great and try getting the pool-side apartments if you can that would be just awesome but at a little coat extra, if you have kids then only pool-side apartment, But if this is not a family vacation and you in your early twenties and just wanna hang around go for somewhere in Phuket town, Overall this hotel is cheap and a real nice place for couples and people travelling with there kids

    Loved the Metadee and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. I went just myself and my 3 year old daughter for a 5 night getaway and loved it, we got an upgrade to a pool access villa which was Devine and very spacious, the food and service was fantastic and well priced. I also had 2 traditional thai massages at the spa that were amazing. I am a travel agent and would highly recommend. It is a tucked away oasis for complete rest and relax, the lagoon style pool and gardens were gorgeous. If you want to head to the beach, shops, restaurants they r only a stroll away and the golf buggy that takes you up to the main road was a highlight for my 3 year old.

    The location turned out to be particularly good and fab, right by many restaurants and bars, restaurants along the main strip and eatery and shopping. It also was near attractions.
